My story about weight – in a nutshell

For many years I slowly got bigger and I didn’t realise just how big until I needed an outfit in a hurry.  You see, my hobby is dressmaking so I had been making all my clothes for years and didn’t need a pattern.  This particular day I rushed to a big ladies dress shop to see what I could find.  I tried on a size 36 and it was too tight.  The buttons were gaping and it looked horrid.  I was horrified and shocked!!

I went on every diet that had been advertised and each one worked but as soon as I eased off, back on went the weight.  For some reason I just couldn’t get lower that a size 28.

I decided to change my career and began to learn the skills I am now qualified in.  My understanding of my relationship with food changed when I realised that weight was only a symptom of a problem.  I thought I new all my baggage but the cause of my weight problem was something that was hidden deep within my unconscious mind.  Once this had been changed food became an easy to control, relaxing pleasure, instead of feeling bad and guilty.

I am now around a size 18 and want to go down another 2 dress sizes.  I could have done it quicker if I had dieted as well but I haven’t, I have just enjoyed what I have eaten and at the same time really enjoyed seeing my weight decrease.

 

What I offer

I offer all the techniques and information that helped me through my journey.  This includes NLP processes, Life Coaching, Clinical Hypnotherapy (optional), EFT, Anatomy and Physiology knowledge, as well as dietry and exercise support.

Each client has their unique reason why he or she has a weight problem, so this part of the programme is delivered on a 1 to 1 basis.

The dietary and exercise aspect can be delivered to 1 client or a group of clients.  So if you are part of a group how want to loose weight, I am happy to arrange group sessions at times that suit you, as long as my diary allows.
