Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
The philosophy behind EFT, according to its founder Gary Craig, is: “The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system.”
This supports the Eastern discoveries that have been around for over 5000 years that have largely been ignored by western healing beliefs and practices. As were the wise words of Albert Einstein, when he told us in the 1920’s that ‘everything including our bodies are composed of energy.’
